Product FAQ block
The Product FAQ block reads the merchant-approved $app.ai_faq product metafield. It displays a readable FAQ and emits FAQPage JSON-LD from the same data so visible and structured answers do not drift.
The merchant adds or confirms the block on the relevant product template in Shopify Theme Editor and saves the Theme configuration.
AI product data app embed
The optional app embed uses current Shopify product and variant data to emit available ProductGroup, Product, and Offer JSON-LD. Depending on available facts, this can include title, description, brand, image, SKU, GTIN, MPN, price, currency, availability, and variants.
Permission boundary
The extension does not require write_themes. SkuWatch does not directly edit theme.liquid, robots.txt.liquid, or other theme assets. Shopify mounts and removes the extension, and storefront output does not display SkuWatch branding.
Uninstalling the app causes Shopify to remove extension output. Product and FAQ data handling remains governed by the Privacy Policy.
